Schedule a Tour

Tours are available weekdays, with occasional Saturday availability during slower seasons. Your tour begins at the Bridal House, where you'll explore at your own pace before meeting Jennifer at the barn. Plan for approximately one hour to explore the spaces and discuss your vision.

Book Your Date

Saturdays fill quickly and are reserved primarily for weddings. Sundays and weekdays offer additional availability. Your booking includes full access to the barn the day before your wedding from 10AM–8PM, giving you plenty of time to decorate, rehearse, and settle in. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred date is available.

Choose Your Spaces

The Barn at Mills Farm offers four ceremony options — the Chapel, the Barn exterior, the Pond, and the Reagan Room. Our climate-controlled barn accommodates up to 300 guests across 10,000 square feet of beautifully appointed event space. The Reagan Room seats up to 160 guests and works beautifully as both an indoor ceremony space and rehearsal dinner venue, giving you flexibility no matter the weather. You'll also have full access to the Bridal House — complete with salon chairs and vanity stations — and the Groom's Quarters.

Plan the Details

Upon booking, you'll receive our curated vendor list of local DJs, caterers, photographers, videographers, and coordinators. Our team will work closely with you throughout the planning process, answering questions and helping you navigate every decision. No later than 30 days before your event, we'll meet for a final planning session to finalize linens, decor, vendors, and all remaining details.

Your Day Arrives

After months of planning, your day is finally here. Our team arrives at least three hours before your ceremony and remains through the evening to handle every detail. We coordinate seamlessly with your planner and vendors so you can focus entirely on celebrating with the people you love. Setup, coordination, cleanup, and trash removal are all handled by our staff.

    • 250 brown wooden farmhouse cross-back chairs for use inside the barn

    • Four 6-foot farm tables available for the bridal table

  • We offer access to a selection of decor pieces to help bring your wedding style together.

    Available for an additional rental fee:

  • If The Barn at Mills Farm feels like the perfect fit for your wedding day, a $1,500 deposit will secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
